25 % of the amount for a combustion car in the matching row. Law 197 art. 5 maps motor power to engine bands: up to 70 kW = up to 1,300 cm³, 70–85 kW = 1,301–1,600, … above 240 kW = 4,001 cm³ and up. Example for 2026: 150–180 kW, vehicle value above 1,937,500 TL, age 1–3: 70,018 × 25 % = 17,504 TL a year.

The VAT base at first acquisition (Law 197 art. 2), and the row it lands in stays fixed for the life of the car. For a new car the calculator uses the invoice price divided by 1.20 (20 % VAT). For a used car, the value at first registration counts, so enter the MTV from your own bill instead.
